Category One Water derives from a sanitary(clean) water source and does not present a dangerous threat for the ingestion, exposure of skin, and air exposure regarding this class of water.

In some cases, we will construct an air tight, sealed containment around the affected area and methodically conduct a detailed cleaning using EPA Registered, botanical based anti-microbial along with HEPA vacuums to bring the contamination level from a Category Two to a Category One. After, either the customized drying plan or removal of materials may commence. This prohibits the transfer of bacterium to unaffected areas of the property, illuminating further property damage and health risks for all involved.
Category Three Water is grossly contaminated. This category has the complete possibility to contain both harmful toxigenic and pathogenic factors and that may result in monumental negative affects to humans if touched/ingested/inhaled.

The use of a sealed containment is also mandatory.
*If a circumstance regarding the above arises, it is HIGHLY recommended to contact to Five One Five Restoration immediately. We urge every Client to NOT attempt at assisting in cleaning any part of this class of water as this can not only pose a greater health risk, it can establish even more extended amounts of contamination to enter areas that were never originally affected(water can penetrate different types of surfaces differently and can travel into cavities which results in going undetected, causing even more microbial growth to colonize).
Appliances can be just as problematic as they are essential. Washing machines, refrigerators, dishwashers, or ice makers may slightly start to leak and become surrounded by water due to the burst of the supply lines, overflowing which will cause minor to major property flooding, or water emerging simply because of an appliance malfunction. If this occurs, it is recommended to turn off the water supply and eliminate the power to that specific appliance until an inspection is initiated by our Certified Masters and a repair/replacement is received.
Property leaks and overflows may initiate at anytime through bathtub/shower and sinks(including overflows and supply lines underneath the sinks and behind the showers), toilets*(both bowl and tank overflows and water leaking due to supply line burst/failure), the slab of the foundation leaking(plumbing underneath foundation bursts), along with other circumstances.
*An overflowing toilet may be caused by a clogged or blocked drain that doesn't allow for a proper flush. Depending on what was within the toilet at the time of the overflow, it may contain grossly contaminated water which can lead to serious health risks if not handled properly and promptly. To stop an overflowing toilet- If possible, obtain gloves and rubber boots, and with minimal contact of water, open the toilet tank and push the rubber flap down, sealing water from flowing from the tank into the bowl. After, turn off the water supply line valve that leads to the toilet tank. Again, health and safety is a priority and Five One Five has enthusiastic Certified Masters to aid in all toilet overflow circumstances.
Sewage backups may occur from either the city main sewage drain or the main sewage drain from the property, containing numerous amounts of Bacteria (E.
